PowerSHAPE-e

PowerSHAPE-e provides a unique combination of modelling tools that lets you create detailed, accurate 3D CAD models simply and efficiently. Design, re-engineering, mould design, and modelling for manufacture tools, all combined into one easy-to-use program. Whatever your starting point - concept, design sketch, part-finished design, scanned point cloud - PowerSHAPE-e will help you create a fully detailed CAD model. Best of all, PowerSHAPE-e is totally free, unless you want to export your design to another CAD/CAM system.

PowerSHAPE-e lets you create as many different designs and models as you want.

Each model can contain as many curves, surfaces, solids or triangles as you need, and you can save as many times as you wish. You can even send models to other users
of PowerSHAPE-e, allowing you to share your designs with others.

PowerSHAPE-e is identical to the full, commercial version, except rendering (to produce high-quality images) and except that 2D drawings cannot contain more than 30 annotation (dimension or text) entities.

Import is possible with free Delcam Exchange - to: Parasolid, ACIS, IGES & VDA, AutoCAD (DXF and DWG), STEP, STL, CATIA V4 & 5 , Cimatron, I-Deas, Pro-Engineer, Rhino, SolidEdge, SolidWorks, Unigraphics
Export is possible with payed Delcam Exchange - to: Parasolid, ACIS, IGES & VDA, AutoCAD (DXF and DWG), STEP, STL, CATIA V5, Rhino
